Hello. I'm new to this area. At my last dr visit, the dr heard a murmur that he said sounded quite harsh. He ordered an echo and 48 hr holter. The holter came back with a normal sinus rhythm, but was tachy (120-160) at times and during the night was lower (50s). The average heart rate was around 120. The echo was normal. Just noted sinus arrythmia, which I also understand if fairly normal. I will once in a while feel like my heart races for no reason, and I will get a brief dizzy spell. I have started to notice lately that I will have symptoms of what feels like motion sickness. I also have RSD in my right foot and calf, and suffer from migraines. I'm taking Gabapentin (3600 mg a day), tramadol (50 mg every 8hrs as needed), and trazodone (50 mg at bed) all for RSD and Imitrex for Migraines. My dr says that I'm having panic attacks, but I'm not anxious or nervous and not under any undue stress. Now he says he can't hear the murmur and wanted to try more meds on top of what I'm already taking for my RSD. I never complained about my symptoms and he was the one that asked me and ordered the tests and now he's telling me it's panic attacks. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.:)
