Hi! I recently cut my hair down to about an inch, it was previously quite long, down to my shoulders, but it was very dry and had some split ends going on, and so I decided to cut it drastically.

I am wondering what I can do to ensure that my hair grows back smooth, shiny, and most importantly, healthy!
