Hi

Last night I drank way to much alcohol. As many of us know, the hangover the next morning can cause lots of anxiety and I do have lots of anxiety this morning but I also suffer from Hypochondria and am having some scary thoughts which is causing to feel like my whole body is trembling/vibrating/shaking plus I have some mild nausia that comes and goes along with tingling here and there, etc.

Can anxiety/hypochondria cause these symptoms?. I swear, I feel like I could jump right out of my skin right now :dizzy:

Hey LT I hope you are feeling better now..some of us who suffers should not drink too much or at all. You probaly know too much of the buzz will make us feel jittery and panic the next day (been there done that). Hypochondria is not a fun thing to deal with. You will be okay. There must have been a reason you wanted to aaahhh get smashed and when you do you're going to have to pay the devil the next day. I hope you had a good time last night (we always think we do). Just remember tommorrow can be a better day! Take care and try not to worry so much my friend..Jules;)

Yeah I would try and work on stopping drinking.I cant be a hypocrite and tell you to stop smoking I need to do that myself.Anyway, those are obviously not good for us.In moderation its not as bad but as someone else said for alot of us with anxiety disorder it can just exaberate the anxiety. One day the smoking will catch up with me and then it wont be just anxiety so really it doesnt make sense why I keep smoking yet I worry of heart trouble sometimes. That old saying "you are what you eat" including smoking and drinking its really true.I have changed my eating habits to mostly healthy and it has made a huge difference for me so if I would just give up smoking. If we stopped the bad habits and got some help for our addictions we wouldnt have as much to worry about.
