I have had panic and depression technically since I was 14 (now 29). And both have gone down quite a bit. But occasionally, I just think of my breathing, or think of hyperventilation (which has happened over the years) and sometimes the thought doesn't bother me, and I dont know why, but, like now, it does and I think of my breathing. I then think to relax and breathe slowly, which of course makes me think of my breathing still, and, like ive read on other posts, I feel like I'm not breathing 'normally', like this automated process isnt automated.

I get scared of hypervent., even though i know what it is and what happens, but still it is a {REMOVED} feeling and you dont feel in control, and get all tingly and all that. how do i stop the thoughts? Even right now, Im tingling in my hands.
