Hey I'm an 18 year old male and this is my problem just 2 days ago I started feeling a tingly/electric shock feeling in my tummy. I dont know how it suddenly came it's really annoying and makes me feel sad, I dont feel no pain of any sorts. I was fine just before. I want to know if it could be physical or emational? Has anyone ever had this feeling in their tummy?

Thanks alot, please reply the quickest possible. I am worried and hope it's not serious, I cant sleep properly and having nightmares.
