Just a quick question. If you've taken slimquick before, did you go by the actual plans they had in the booklet, or did you take it along with the regular diet and exercise you had for yourself already?

I am on it now and this is my 9th week. I have lost 22 pounds and 2 sizes. I followed the plan for activity to a T for all weeks up to week 6. I really watch my intake on food and try to maintain around 1500 calories a day. Now, it is easy and I know about what I will eat each day and count what I should/shouldn't eat. I went on vacation a few weeks ago and didn't too as hot and gained a few pounds back. I started back on it hard when I got back and lost 7 pounds just last week. I really like it.

I know, I am now walking 4 miles a day and getting a full hour in of cardio. I was a size 16 and am now a size 10. I have 17 pounds left and have lost 30 so far and this is my 10th week. I am very excited. My legs are getting some major muscles in them too.
