Hey guys! soo, ive decided to make myself a lil schedual to hang on my wall...i have better luck w. a schedual either than doing enthign and watever time or w/e day..so this is wat i put

WEEK SCHEDUALS
These shall be done according to the days, but if I have anything else in mind ITS OKAY TO SKIP A DAY!
Monday: Morning stretch, stretch and jazz – Kicks, pirouettes, leaps, anything I have to do, 45 min workout
Tuesday: Morning stretch, stretch and ballet movements – Work my turnout, build the muscle strength (basically…work on the turnout), 30 min jump rope
Wednesday: Morning Stretch, stretch and tap – wings, whatever I’ll be doing, take dog for walk
Thursday: Morning stretch, stretch and jazz – Kicks, pirouettes, leaps, anything I have to do, 45 min workout
Friday: Morning stretch, stretch and ballet movements – Work my turnout, build the muscle strength (basically…work on the turnout), 30 min jump rope
Saturday and Sunday: Morning stretch and morning walk, Morning Stretch, stretch and tap – wings, whatever I’ll be doing, take dog for walk
This will also be my schedual when school goes on, so on days when I have vball or w/e that’s OKAY!

im a dancer so i wanna practise it also n watnot...and im not going on sum big ol' low carb diet or nething..ill just eat wat i want when i want (and dont worry..im a pretty good eater) so yah..how does that sound?
