I'm with you again this month Kellie. I am 4dpo, and I don't feel anything yet, not even sore boobs. I usually get sore boobs right after O, but nothing yet. You have any symptoms yet?

Yeah Laina, so glad to have you back with me. No nothing yet, only 2 DPO so it's early. Yeah that is kind of weird about the boobs. Mine are always sore during O too. I really hope one of us get a BFP this month!!!! Fingers crossed!

I hope we get our bfp's this month too. DH and I have been ttc for almost 10 months now, and so far nothing. How long have you been ttc? I am praying and keeping my fingers crossed for the both of us. Sending you tons of sticky baby dust :)

I think I O tomorrow!! :blob_fire just waiting for dh to get home. ;) this was my first month using the opk, and I got a positive yesterday & today. Fingers crossed for everyone!!!! ********baby dust!!!********

yeah, so glad that everyone is coming back. We have been TTC since christmas so 7 months now. At first we were just not using protection and seeing what happened but now we are trying a little harder because we didn't expect it to take so long. DH can not wait to have a little girl :) Just hope it's not a boy, he'll be so sad, LOL. But this is our first so we'll have plenty of time to get one of each, hopefully! Do either of you have children yet? Or is this your first? *** Loads of STICKY Baby Dust ****

DH and I are also trying for our first. We never would've thought that it would be this hard, or take this long to conceive. This is getting exhausting to go thru every month. I'm praying so hard for a bfp this month. Keeping my fingers crossed :) Baby dust to all :)

Hi everyone - I posted another thread on the TTC board and Kellie84 directed me to this thread! I am 6 dpo....and dying to know if I'm pregnant! I'm having some symptoms, but they could go either way (pregnant or PMS).

I've been hearing the soonest you can test is 5 days before your next period. Is that right?

Some tests like first response can but if you read the side panel it says the accuracy. 4 days before is like 69% accurate or something like that. It is usually best to wait until AF is supposed to come but if you are like us and can't wait go ahead and test early. I always do :D Usually 10 DPO is the best time to start testing, any earlier and you are probley wasting your time. I have seen some people get BFP's at 8 or 9 DPO but not very many and they are really faint so they end up having to retest anyway. Just to see if it is an evap and if it will get darker. *** baby dust***

kellie-this is our first try! we're on "official" month #2, and hoping that it won't take so long. it's kind of scary to read on these boards sometimes about how long it takes, and what can go wrong if you do get a bfp...but i'm trying to stay positive & not think about it too much. i'm a little worried b/c i've been off the bcp for 10 months & we haven't been NOT trying & nothing's happened. i have a pretty stressful job, so i'm concerned that it may be a problem. i don't know, i guess the best i can do is hope, pray and BD!!! ;) I know, too that i have all kinds of people around me that keep getting preg, without even trying. it sucks to feel so envious, especially because we're not telling anyone we're ttc (to keep the stress level down). fingers XXXXX!

So today I was sooo tired. I came home after work and slept for 3 hours. I am still soooo tired, and I can't wait to go to bed. Other than being exhausted I still am not having any other signs. Still no sore boobs, which is really odd for me after ovulation...they're a little itchy, but not sore. I am also super emotional right now, I teared up at some hallmark commercials today. How is everyone else doing?

I'm only 5dpo, so I know it's really early still, but I am praying so hard for that bfp this month. Sending sticky baby dust to all :)

ohhh...Laina that sounds like a good sign.:D I REALLY hope that this is it for you. I have been tired the last couple days too, but I'm chalking it up to stress at work i think. No symptoms at all yet. Kind of disapointing but you never know, guess I'll just have to wait to find out. jmd I know it can be frustrating at times but it doesn't always take so long for everyone, I've heard a lot of people get preg on their first cycles TTC. I read somewhere that it takes an average of 8 months for even normal and healthy couples to concieve, so try not to worry to much about it. It will happen soon for you. Oh...Did you O today? Good luck BDing I hope you catch that eggie!!!LOL

I am 8 DPO and unfortunately showing signs of starting my period (sorry don't know abbreviations yet...is this AF?). Anyway, my face is breaking out, I have slight cramps, I'm very moody, and my breasts are sore. What's interesting, though, is that my CM is heavier than usual. It doesn't seem like it's that heavy this time of the month. But I've been drinking LOTS of water lately so I'm wondering if that could be the reason.

Although I'm fairly certain I'll start soon, I'm still holding on to the last inkling of hope. We'll see! Good luck to everyone! I'm saying a big group prayer for everyone!

texmiss, yes AF means aunt flo - period;) There is an abbreviation sticky at the top of the TTC page. Look it over and you will get the abv. in no time. The increased CM is a good sign, never give up hope until AF shows her ugly head. Do you have these symptoms right before AF all the time because they do sound like good symptoms. Good luck...When are you testing???

Wow, I just read your post to my husband and we both got really excited all the sudden! I hope you're right that this is a good sign! I just can't figure out why I would have all of the other AF symptoms!

I think I'm going to test on Saturday morning. That puts me 5 days before AF. How about you? When are you going to test?

ya usually CM tends to dry up before AF is due, so having lots of CM CAN be a good sign. Last month I had a chemical pregnancy ( early miscarriage ) and I had a ton of CM, it was clear with chunks of milky CM in it and it was sticky and thick like conditioner. A lot of preg women say that theirs is thick. Sore boobs, acne and cramps can all be signs as well but there are also PM syptoms which can make it hard to tell. A general rule is anything out of the ordinary for you is a good sign. For me usually I only get AF cramps an hour before AF shows, that's how I know it is coming and last month I had cramps at like 4 DPO and on. Kind of like AF cramps but slightly different. I also broke out at around 7 DPO which also was abnormal for me and my pants felt really uncomfortable on my stomach, I was sooooo bloated. I lost eight pounds last month but my pants were tighter then they were before. Very bloated!!! I hope all these symptoms are preg symptoms for you. Good luck! Oh I am going to wait till AF is supposed to show, on the 20th, since last month I had a chem preg. I don't really know how this month is gonna go. Baby dust!!!

I guess I am kinda with you all. Had some OPK trouble and BBT trouble, as my other post mentioned. Two +'s on OPK's and they were like..5 days apart and BBTs have been a disaster, every morning it's time to take the temp SOMETHING happens to make it faulty. AF was either due.. Weds or this coming Monday. BFN when I tested. Had faint cramps this last weekend, on and off..and my lower back has been achy which isn't normal for me. I don't usually cramp until AF is here and I'm bleeding heavy. I don't know when she'll show her ugly face, or if she well. Hopefully not! I'm going to test again on Monday, I think. If AF isn't here yet. Only other symptoms is constant hunger, tiredness and my nipps are sore, or rather REALLY sensitive (TMI I know). Good luck ladies and baby dust to you!!

Hi Kellie glad your back on 2ww. I am there too but determined not send myself on the emotional roller coaster this time. I convinced myself last month I was PG then AF showed. What is a chemical pregnancy?

:wave: hey everyone, glad to see others here waiting it out also:) this is the first month of my husband and I ttc....I'm nearing the end of my ttw...AF is due on the 14th....so we will have to see what happens. So far I've had some cramps and pulling in my lower abdomen, feeling nauseous at times, slight backache and an all over hot feeling. Goodluck to all you girls;)

Welcome Vtthomas and littlered glad to have you guys!!! Dragonfly, soooooo glad that you are back this month! A chemical pregnancy is just a term for an early miscarriage. It is believed that chemical pregnancies occur when the fetus dies immediatly after conception. Causes for chem preg are chromosome abnoramlities, uterine abnormalities andhormonal deficiency. Symptoms of a chem pregnancy are: Increased amount of blood, small blood clots and more severe cramping. Many women don't even relize that they are miscarrying because it typically occurs around the time of your period but you may notice a heavier flow and the symptoms I said before. But with HPT's becoming more and more sensitive people are testing earlier and finding out they are preg and having it result in a chem preg. They are quite common, occuring in 50 - 60% of first time pregnancies. They are nothing to stress over, unless you have chronic chem pregnancies then I would go the the doc to see if something else is going on.

So, I am now 10 dpo and I broke down and bought a test last night. Tested this morning with a BFN. I suppose it could be too early to tell, but I really think that the BFN combined with the AF symptoms I've been having is a pretty strong indication that this isn't my month (AF symptoms = face breaking out, cramping, sore breasts).

I'm still optimistic though! Maybe next month will be "the one"!

Has anyone else tested yet?

het texmiss, It is still early don't let it discourage you. Some women get a BFP at 18DPO, so it's fair game until AF shows. Good luck! I hope you get that BFP!!!!!!

UGH. CD32 for me today. Not sure if I O'd or not. Tested yesterday and another BFN. I NEVER go this long between AF's. AF has always been irregular but I usually have it more than I should and more often than I should, as opposed to this..I had cramped last weekend the 5th-7th. Not as long as AF cramps, just on and off..and in my lower back but nothing. No AF no BFP. How frustrating! :mad: :mad: Baby dust ladies!! ;)

Oh Red, that is soooo frustrating hey? i tested today just for the heck of it(8DPO) and got a veerrrrrrrrryyyyy faint positive. So I'll be testing again in a couple of days, hopefully it wasn't an evap. Laina and Dragonfly where did you guys go? have either of you tested yet?????

Hi Kellie I am still here. AF is due Sat 19 and I am trying to keep my cool. I am so emotional for two days all I have wanted to do is weep. The first time I was pg and mc at 6 weeks I was not emotional. I am afraid it means AF is on her way. I got pg the first month on clomid so I thought it would happen again right away. I miss that baby I lost and I was very devastated last month when AF showed. I am not feeling well today but I think it is due to stress. My job has gone through major changes and it has got me all worked up. Which I know is the worst thing I can do while TTC. I am trying not to think about it too much. I figure the best thing I can do is put it out of my mind, which is not easy.

I am excited for you Kellie that you got a faint line already what day is AF due for you? When will you test again?

Good luck kellie, i hope your line keeps getting darker!!!!! i'm on cd25, 6dpo and counting...my cycles are kinda wierd, anywhere from 28-33 days so it makes it kind of hard to figure when to test. I've been trying to keep myself occupied other ways, i'm determined not to buy any tests until at least the 29th day, even longer if i can stand it! :D **********baby dust to all!!**********

Thanks ladies, I am going to test on thursday (11DPO). My AF is due on the 20th. Dragonfly I am so sorry that your having such a diificult month. I truly wish you the best, hey you never know this could be your month, it's not over until AF shows.I'll let you guys know on thursday if I get a BFN or BFP, hopefully the BFP:D

Thanks Dragonfly. I have been feeling reasonably OK this month. I have had a little cramping. Just for a couple seconds then it stops a few times a day and my stomach as been acting weird ( gassy and bloated ) Sooooo nervous about tommorow, I hope hope hope that I get a BFP!!!!

Well. Yesterday was my b-day, so I was stoked for BFP. That'd of been a great gift.. Instead..I got AF. :mad: How upsetting! So on to cycle #2 for the clomid! Good luck Kel, on testing!! Baby dust to you!!
