My problem started 3 years ago. I had dizzy spells and felt faint almost everyday and had blood in my urine. I went to the doctor and they did an ultrasound. They couldnt find my right kidney. I asume the left was normal. The doctor wasnt worried about it and said that many people have the same problem. My back pain and dizzyness went away shortly after that.
This spring I started feeling the same. I had more blood in my urine and back pain. Dizzy too.

Could somthing be wrong with my left kidney? I have a lump in my back, hard and near the surface. I am afraid that its cancer. Would it have shown up on an ultra sound three years ago?
