I have now had 3 of equate (Walmart brand) tests malfunction. Anyone else having problems? Putting pee on a stick does not take rocket science, but I don't know what went wrong. This last time I even peed in a cup, so I know I didn't "miss". It's frustrating because I want to know so bad and being the testaholic that I am, I've been testing early. And now I'm out of tests.

Pam

ps I'm thinking about calling them to complain, they looked like they didn't wick the liquid up properly.

I would definitely call and complain -- you might get some free replacement tests out of it.

As a fellow pee on a stick-acholic I have found that the best buys are the internet cheapies -- they are less than $1/stick so I can POAS more!!! Just a thought! :)

GoldenMom - where do you find them so cheap? I definately have to start looking into that - they get quite expensive over time!

Hey girls...
I bought pregnancy tests at the dollar tree (dollar store) they are just as effective as first response & the other expensive brands.. just thought you might try that if you have dollar stores in your area.
Good luck & happy testing!

Kim~ we're not allowed to post websites, but if you do a search you will find them. The kind I have are not midstream, but the type that you dip into a cup -- because they are cheaper. I buy my OPKs from the same site as the HPTs. I know one of the auction sites has them.

Any kind of dollar store has tests for $1. I have read great reviews about those as well

Well I checked out our dollar stores and none of them carry hpt's, but I don't need em anymore. I got a BFP!!!
