Hello. I have a quick question! I'm currently taking SLOW FE iron, but now I'm adding Folic Acid to my diet. Is it okay if I take the pills at the same time, or do I have to wait a certain amount of time between?

You need to follow your doctor's directions. I personally find that the iron and the folic acid together gives me digestive problems. But, other people have no problems.

I take the Folic Acid together with Ferrous Gluconate every day without any trouble. I was taking Feosol but had terrible nausea from it. My doctor recommended the gluconate because it's alot easier on the stomach for some people.
