Hi guys. My husband and I are in our second month of TCC, although we didn't really "try" this month (ie - keep track of dates) because I wasn't sure if I was O'ing or not. My first day of my last cycle was July 10th. My cycles are usually between 30 and 33 days, which would put me at O'ing around July 25th or 26th (I think). Anyways, I didn't start getting any CM until around July 30th. We BD's sometime the week of 23rd (can't remember), and again 3 days at the end of July/early August (vacation rocks!). Anyways, the last few days I've had this feeling like I constantly have to pee. Even right after I go, I still feel that pressure. It's super annoying. At first I was thinking it could be a urinary tract infection, but I've never had one before, so I'm not sure. There's no pain or burning, but today I just feel very tired, light-headed - sort of like the flu or something. All I want to do is sleep. I took my temp this evening because I thought if it was a UTI I might be running a fever, but my temp was only 98.6. I'm not sure what to think - any ideas? Has any one else out there had these symptoms with a UTI? Thanks in advance!

HI,
I had af july 10th and o'ed July 26 with af being due today. I tested one day early yesterday and got my bfp. Finally after three months of ttc. I had all the same sypmptoms that you did. Constant feeling of pressure in my bladder even after peeing. I also just want to sleep like crazy. I feel somewhat sick to my stomache and this is getting worse by the minute. I just had a glass of water that almost came right back up. Food either taste's funny or smells bad and I feel fluey.

Im so shocked to be pregnant that Im still in shock. I had my first blood draw today and I have another one scheduled for friday. I also have a u/s scheduled for the 22nd of august. I had my tubes reversed in may so they are watching me closely to rule out a tubal pregnancy.

Good luck it sound like this may be your month.

Thanks, Gabby! Congrats on your BFP, too - that's awesome! I feel better today then I did yesterday, though, so we'll see. Yesterday I actually threw up a little - it was sudden. Very strange for me because I never throw up, even when I'm very sick. I have one HPT left (I bought a 3 pack last month, but no luck then), so I think if AF doesn't come (fingers crossed) I will test in the morning.

Take care!

Hi Guys - I chickened out. I was feeling pretty crappy today so I went to urgent care when I got off of work and found out I have a bladder infection, so I'm sure that's what is at least causing the constent need to pee. I've never had one before, but I guess now I know. Still no AF, so hopefully I'll get up enough nerve to test tomorrow morning.

Wow, it's a good thing you went to see a dr. At least AF hasn't shown her ugly face yet. :p There is still hope! Good luck!!!

Well, I finally took a HPT Friday morning, and it came back negative. I had gone to the bathroom about an hour and a half earlier, but I don't know if that makes a difference (I didn't see anything on the box that said either way). Anyways, Yesterday (Saturday) was the day that I expected AF to arrive, but I only had some light pink blood when I wiped, and that was it - nothing today yet, either. Very strange, but I'm guessing this wasn't our month.

dont give up yet, it could still be too early for a BFP. and some people do experience light bleeding/spotting when they're pg. so hang in there!
My AF is due today/tomorrow. have had a few symptoms but i think they're more likely to be PMS than pg. Im 14 DPO today but i never test until im at least a week late. Used to be a testaholic but had too many BFN's:(
lots of baby dust to you~

Thanks, fallen. Unfornatly, AF showed up this evening. I hope you have better luck than I did - I don't get it, though. If I supposidly O'd 14 days earlier, that would put me at a week before last saturday or sunday. That was the beginning of our vacation, and I know we BD'd right around there a couple of times. That worries me a little...but I'll try not to think about it too much. *****BABY DUST TO YOU*****

Hey kim,
you're not alone, my AF showed up this morning too:mad: I knew it would underneath, but i was getting a few symptoms (which were obviously pms symptoms) and was sure i ovulated this month. Had a lot of CM and pains mid cycle. Think i BD'd a day too late though, had the CM and pains on the monday and couldnt BD til the tuesday.
Not sure if you know my background but have been TTC for around 8 months and tests last year showed i wasnt ovulating, so am constantly looking out for ovulation signs and am starting to chart temps for first time this month. I found out that even if ovulation occurs a couple only has a 20% chance of getting pregnnat each month, so try not to worry yet as it doesnt necessarily mean theres a problem, especially as you've not been TTC long.
It does get downheartening though, especially when some people seem to make it look so easy!!
lots of baby dust to you~ lets hope next month is our month!

Fallen - bummer about AF showing up. Hopefully we'll both have better luck next month. I think I am going to start charting my temps, too, since my cycles are not always the same length (usually anywhere from 30 to 33, but I've had one since I started keeping track that was in the 40's). I hope that helps me narrow down my O time a little better - I tried those OPK's last month, and I just kept getting negatives (I think I was testing too early) and then I got frusturated because they're so expensive that I didn't want to waste them, so I stopped testing. What can I say, I'm a cheapskate. ;)

Hey Kim,
i dont blame you they are expensive, especially the good ones like clearblue. Ive started with my temps, today is my second day, ive also started using a good website to chart them on, they give you loads of help and are a good way of logging information so you dont forget or lose it!
I never know if im ovulating or not due to having an annovulatory cycle so i think the information it gives me will be priceless. It will definitely help you if cycles are a bit irregular too. let me know how you get on!
