Would ritilin have an effect on users who have a disfunction in thier Basal Ganglia which creates an over production of dopamine in left hemisphere eventually killing off brain cells..Causing sysmptoms such as A.D.D.? Wondering if it is some sort of catalyst to the over production dopamine??
