What does this mean for me? I have my follow up appt. tomorrow since my phone call yesterday.

Will complex hyperplasia with abnormal cells turn to cancer or will I have to have a hysterectomy..or can meds help?

I'm so scared and confused right now. Thanks in advance for your help.
