Hey Everyone,
I started taking urocit-K to prevent stones. Yesterday was my first day. I took it around 4pm when I got home from work. When I was ready for bed, I couldn't really sleep and once I did fall asleep, I woke up about 2 hours later with a headache. I am wondering if this is a coincidence or from the medicine.

I am supposed to be taking this three times a day. Does anyone here take this medication? If so, any problems?

Read the information that came with the prescription and see if insomnia and headaches can be a side affect. If so, I would call the doctor's office and tell them what is going on.
