An AB friend of mine is going to be having surgery on both of her hands (not at the same time though,) and I'm trying to think of some suggestions to help her be independent. I figured y'all would be able to help me out...

I remembered to tell her about rocker knives, and I shared my own tip about using kitchen shears to cut some other foods (like lettuce and pasta) ... anything else ... ?

And does anyone have any experience with contacts?
