About two inches up my vagina, opposite the G-Spot, (So on the back wall of the vagina) there is a lump, which is fairly large (about a half an inch in diameter.). I had always thought that was normal to have, but question it every so often. It is not painful, though, something I really mind touching, as the feeling is unusual. The feeling is very much like the small lump of skin at the opening of the vagina. I'm wondering if this is usual or not, and if it has anything to do with my painful intercourse.

I have just posted a similar question on the cervical cancer board. I too have a painless lump inside my vagina, mine is on the front wall though. Fingers crossed that we get some answers xxxxxxxxxx

Just seeing this thread for the first time, but look into endometriosis. I've had it since I was about 15 and also have the "lumps" you are referring to. Along with that, I have heavy periods, pain and sometimes bleeding during intercourse, lower back and pelvin pain during periods, infertility issues etc...
Good luck, but don't let it go untreated for too long if you haven't started or finished your family. Took me over 7 years to have two kids and now I'm scheduled for a hysto. on 10/23.
