I know the moderators may delete this straight away, (PLEASE don't mods! :)) but after being on meds for ages, I found an awesome feature on drugstore.com-a drug interaction calculator. You enter in foods, drugs, herbs etc and it tells you what you should and shouldnt be doing and suggests alternatives.

It hellped me alot when I was on 4 different types of pills and then 2 types of multivitamins.
