I have used the inhalers and for me they worked pretty good. I like it much better than the patches cause you can control how much or little you us it. My husband has also used them. I quit 10 days ago using wellburtrin and inhalers and docor changed my lexapro to 20mg a day. When I decided to quit I picked a day and stuck with it. And I don't know this time was much easier than in the past but I had a mother die at age 65 if Copd (emphazima) about a year and a half ago. and I dont' want my kids in 25 years to be where I was taking care of my mom and watch her die. Plus my husband and me figured out that in the 18 years together that we have spent somewhere between 50000.00 and 70000.00 on cigeretts. So I say go for what works and try them.
