Does spasticity ever feel like.........
--twitches and small muscle spasms under the skin in legs, arms and
abdomen? Both sides of the body affected, but more on the left
side. So small they are not visible by looking at the body.
--And... does it ever feels like nerve endings pulsing or twitching in hands
and feet.
--How about........can it cause a sore and aching knee?
--And lastly, does spasticy ever feel more severe when laying down and
resting at nigh????
Thanks for any feedback!!!!!!

I have had the same questions. I read about spasticity which is described as muscle stiffness. The symptoms you described are someo of the exact same ones I have. Because MS is different for everyone it's hard to say if these symptoms are "spasticity" or not. All I know is that they are not normal and definitely neurologically connected. I know this because they occur whenever and whereever and I also have "spot" headaches they often occur out of no where and are followed by twitches, burning, numbness, and stiffness. I'm undiagnosed but I hope this helps. Best to you!

sometimes fibromyalgia acts more like MS in terms as spastic my doc told me it can be a combination with ms and chronic fatigue syndrome ms is always ever changing. so i think the spastic could be like the restless leg syndrome or something to that likeness only sometimes all over and then it just hurts and stings like crazy then you just feel like a frog in a skillet and sometimes its just the medications mixing together to make us feel spastic. multiple meds at night can give us the that feeling. i cant speak for others but i think thats my major problem ms chronic fatigue and the Fibro myalgia and all the meds i take for this. i cant say thats what every one elses problem is.i have no patience im not a dr. bsafe b happy bwell as can b wishy

Mine started out as small muscle spasms that grew in to full blown spasms, which pulled the muscles so tight that I couldn't straighten my legs, they were becoming very stiff.Spacticity is common in several disorders.Mild muscle stretches 3-4 times a today will help a great deal.If they get out of control and unbearable theirs meds that can be prescibed.
