View Full Version : Any idea what this is?

I have all of my teeth except one which has a stainless steel crown. Now I had dental work done months ago and I noticed some fairly hard cyst like thing on my gums at the top right back portion of my mouth. It is virtually painless but I have recently developed a new one. It's at the bottom right side of my gums and it's a pretty good size and slightly painful to touch it. It's in an area with bad decay so I was fearing that it might be cancer or something. else. I've also got the feeling of flem in my throat constantly but I don't think they're related.

The teeth were recently abscessed and I took more antibiotics to clear the infection. Maybe I didn't get it all? This is a big hard cyst on my gums though. I don't have the money to have major dental work done ATM.

Any ideas what this is?
