Anyone get tingly arms as a symptom? Mine arent really tingly, more tickly and only seem to be like that when I feel poorly.

Perhaps just the anxiety?

when i first got my dizziness i used to get anxiety really badly. sometimes my lips and fingers would feel a little tingly if it was a really bad attack. im guessing this is probably the same sort of thing that is happening with your arms.

Yup, I had that too - it's your nervous system going a bit mad from the inner ear disturbance. Just ignore it and don't let it upset you. Normal stuff with this junk.
