I have been eating so low and I need to change even if I don't go all the way up in my calories even a few hundred more can help. I want to eat more and exersise more, but I know the whole starvation mode thing my metabolism is in right now is stopping me. I do not want to gain weight, but I want to be more healthy. I have been TERRIBLE and only eating 200 calories and exersising on top of that. I am not underweight but still thats not healthy. I was thinking, if I increased my calories 50 calories a week while sloly increasing my exersise (not crazy over exersising or anything) is there a way I could beat starvation mode weight gain? I think the reason people gain weight in recovery is because they are just thrown back into eating totally different than how they are used to but if I slllooowly do this and up my calories even say, a good 500 would help me get back on track. I was thinking of adding weight training and just being healthy and stuff all by myself. I just don't know if this can actually work? Anyone know?:dizzy:
