I am not sure if I have IBS or IBD. I have stomach pains, cramping right side pain. sometimes blood in stool but am using something for it and went away. I see a GI doctor. I had a colonoscopy done last april and it shows inflmation in the colon. I also am taking previcid for my acid relfux. What does this sound like to you? Take Care

Do you get pain under your right and left ribs at the front, any pain above your bellt button, What did they say about your colon!! did the Colonoscopy hurt, I have got to have one in the next few months ???
