Hello everyone...
If one had the choice between fat transfer or sculptra for filling in a small "dent" below the mouth, which ought that one to choose...
I want something more permanent and I am hearing that fat transfer may not be all that permanent after all, and one physician is telling me if the fat doesnt come from the face the chances are that it will not take well...
I saw one aesthestic dermatologist who suggests that I have sculptra done, and to have it put in my cheeks as well, which I dont want to do ... he says 2 treatments would fill in the "dent" ...
I am looking at the cost ($2,000 for 2 treatments) vs. long term effect vs. using cheaper treatments but doing it more often vs. fat transfer which can be more expensive (one quote so far is $1800 for this problem, which isnt bad but I wasnt all that impressed with the doctor) but fat transfer is iffy....
Any comments given are greatly appreciated...Thanks
((the dent was formed by chewing on my cheeks and pressing below my mouth too and then rubbing on a centimeter sized wrinkle--this thing keeps growing, or caving in more and more I should say))
