Good morning Wrongway
Welcome to the adventures of "Dentureland"....I'm 7 mos. into my adventure. You're right, there are sooo many different adhesives out there! My glue of choice is Fixodent Control w/ Scope. It works really really well. I first used the Fixodent Clear (no color or taste) it worked okay, but when I found the one w/Scope flavor and switched to it - I liked it much better. This brand is the only one I've used. I've thought about trying maybe the Polident, but I've just stayed with what I know works for me. I've read on another board that the Fixodent Complete sticks like cement!!! (their description!)...I usually apply it in the mornings, and they hold the entire day with no problems...on rare occasions I have had to re-apply some to the bottoms...it wouldn't be because they had become loose - just only for my own feeling of confidence...and it's usually when my husband and I are planning to go out to eat...So, I hope I've helped, and if there is anything else that I can help you with, please let me know..:)

I love the fixodent powder for the top and also use the fixodent scope for the bottom although on busy days I have to reapply the bottom before dinner.
