Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to read this. Recently I’ve noticed that i have ears that stick out, its not a major problem, it has only been annoying me recently, and its not like I get insulted about it, even at school (because others didnt notice rather than anything else). One sticks out 1.5 cm and the other 2.5 (this is measuring looking straight at a mirror, not turning my head) Another concern is that the one that sticks out more is about .5 cm lower than the other one. I'm hoping growing my hair out will solve the problem, however i am not optimistic. Has any one had any experience with otoplasty or any other treatments available? Please let me know. If anybody is really interested, have a look at the following image of John Hurt and you'll get an idea, keep in mind that I'm 18 rather than 66 and my ears don't stick out so much at the bottom.
