Lately I can't seem to get myself to eat my vegetables. I'm not sure why ... I love veggies and have always been able to get 3 or 4 servings in each day. But lately my body just seems to crave fruit, all kinds. I'm getting about6 or 7 fruits each day but I wonder if it's okay to eat like this untill I get my taste for greens back. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi I know the feeling! To much fruit, while it is good for you it contains a lot of sugar. (not so good for the teeth) :D I recently bought a juicer and a smoothy maker which made it easier to get the veggies in. I am now eating way more veggies than ever. This should do the trick till you get your taste back-
Also mixing grated carrot with rice works very well- infact bulking a risotto out with veg instead of too much rice tastes great!

I have never been a real big fan of veggies but I have just learned to make myself eat them. Over time I have almost grown to like them, especially steamed spinach and broccoli.
