I have been having pain in my lover left side and went to gyno and she did an exam and said there was fullness on the left ovary.

she did not do any test like an ultra sound, I have had ovarian cyst in the past and had to have one surgically removed and had a biopsy. which came back ok.

does anyone know if it is normal to have fullness in the ovary and what could it mean?

I have not heard that before. I would ask your doctor if I were you, especially since they did not do an ultrasound or anything. If they do not answer your questions, then get a 2nd opinion. The doctors are there for you and should answer your questions no problem.
