Well this is just an update, and a question for the 100% people like subs.
Did you ever measure the time and effect of your VRT exercises?.
As you may know from my other posts, I'm like in some crisis, for two weeks or so, and giving a thought on everything, including MAV.
The point is that I started about two days ago to increase my number of MAV sets through the day, as well as some clarityne-D(loratadine/pseudoephedrine), to try to calm down my allergies(I began about 4-5 days ago)
The point is that I'm still with some allergies and stuff, with a sore throat, quite clogged ears, and almost as if i haven't took the antihistamine, but after two days, I have greatly improved on my dizziness condition.
I'm not in the high nineties, but my mind cleared a lot, and most of the dizzy spells have reduced to a minimum...
Maybe its the pill, maybe just the loong time with this, or maybe this increase in VRT that kicked in two days before I started, because I haven't done anything else, and as I've said, I'm still quite sore both in my ears and throat, same stress as usual, and not the best food intake, as usual too...
So.. Could the VRT increase might just kicked in and started to help me compesate? Or it was just dumb luck.
I have to say that I'm not, or I don't feel completely "disconnected" from my dizziness, like in my 100% days, but I'm quite in control, and I'll sign you to keep at least like this in the future, and this little victories, give me hope to wait for a final and complete recovery someday.
