Hello

I have been taking Lysine now for a month for my constant monthly OB's that I get folowing my period. (so fingers crossed it will work!)

I was just wondering whether anybody else has found that their periods are slightly lighter when taking Lysine?

I would be very interested to hear peoples feed back
