The side of my face where I have my jaw pain, I can push down with my fingers and go back and forth, and it feels like my jaw muscles or tendons are moving in my face. I also can hear it in my ear. On the side without pain, I don't feel the movement or hear the noise. Is this common with TMJ?

I'm not sure how common it is but I have that too. I just assumed it was related to the problem.
