Hi Bev,
I'm faring OK now I've finally finished with the Paxil and have seemed to escape the withdrawal horrrors I keep hearing about...
You have a great heart Bev and it shines through in all your messages, you are a great friend to all here.
Things are good for me - I have the Dharma, some good friends here and my adopted cat Mia. Who could ask for more... :)

Dharma is sanskrit for 'The Truth', in this case the Buddhadharma or 'teachings of the Buddha'.....
Mia enjoyed the squeeze and made a kind of squeaky purr that I think meant 'thanks for the squeeze Bev....but can I breathe now please.....phew' ;)
