View Full Version : question about Bipolar

I was just wondering to all of those who are bipolar,
when you are in the worst part, the depression, suicide phase, do you seem to feel better after you let it all out some how?
My H seems to get really depressed, he'll cut himself, go into a blackout and then he seems almost to be 'better'. Like Happy again like nothing even happend.
I know bipolar is like a rollercoaster of mood swings, but he also has another mental illness and was wondering if that could be it.

Thanks

I had a friend who was bipolar. (I say was because the
bipolar was too much on the friendship. I needed to
worry about my own self; safety; as she went back to
drinking and drugs also.)
Anyway, yes, she could do zany things. Then have no
remorse, or just like everything was back to normal
and fine, back in the groove of living day to day.
But, it didn't last, when she went back to drink and
drugs, really ruined the rest of her life.
