I feel it big time Im becoming nasty treating my family and customers like ****, I think its this time of year. I take 900mgs Lith, 400mgs Wellbutrin and Im suppose to take 3 Mgs xanax but overdue it, I think the Xanax helps with the nastys and swingin? Anybody? Im thinking of quiting my job of 20 years and jumping in my truck and spliting on my wife and son, Im just pissed, shrink basicly blew me off

Hoooooooold on there. Why did your shrink just blow you off?? Is he/she the one that has prescribed you these meds? Maybe you need a change of meds, perhaps. This time of the year is never easy for anything. Don't run off on your wife and son. Try your best to hang in there, control your urges(treating others like crap) and see your doctor as soon as you can. You may need an adjustment or even a total change in meds. Keep your chin up.
