so i've made an appointment to see my gyno for this upcoming tuesday. i'm scared shitless. i'm concerned i may have herpes, but the signs/symptoms i've read of don't necessarily match mine. i have no bumps or lesions, no aches or feeling as if i have the flu. what i do have is lower abdominal pain, itching in/around my vaginal opening and a discharge which is now white but was green-ish earlier this week. no odor, however. sorry if that sounds gross.

last time i had sex was mid-may. i have had no 'other' sexual partners since or prior. i had been with my now ex for nearly 3 years, tested for STIs/STDs during our relationship (2 years into it) and the results were negative.


i'm wondering if herpes can produce the symptoms listed above, or, it's possibly a yeast infection. maybe 'trich'? the clap? something else?

my symptoms only began just this week, so i'm totally confused because the last time i had sex was in may.

also, for the irritation..... considering i'm going tuesday, should i leave out using something for a yeast infection? does anyone have suggestions for creams, whatever else to give me relief that will not alter my test results?
