I've been having alot of medical problems for the past year. One of which is my left ear pops everytime i swallow. It feels like theres pressure there 2. I've also been having bad headaches and pressure behind my left eye. The dentist and ortho didn't really think i had tmj......however said i did has some signs. They wanted me to get a "splint" put on. This is 1500 dollars and tehy don't take insurance. So before i do this i want to know if it could possibly be anything else. I went to a ear dr. and couldn't find anything wrong wiht my ear. My whole head feels like its under extreme pressure and aches and aches.

nope no allergies :(. Its wierd. Went to an allergist and everything. Its like theres pressure at the bottom on my ear... uggh its driving me crazy

No idea what type of splint the DDS's were wanting you to get, but mine was less than $500. Shop around, if you can afford to get one to try it out, might be worth it. Do you have alot of muscle tension in your neck and shoulders? That stuff is all connected.
