Hello everyone :D. Im an 18 year old male that used to smoke a 1 1/2 to 2 pack s a day for about a year. I quit about 3 or 4 days ago. I've been getting this weird lightheadedness and very little dizziness. I've been deppressed and feel like i'm alone. Also, my heart rate has been lower than it usaully is, and I feel tired even after a full nights rest, and sometimes I have a hard time breathing. I was just wondering if these are symptoms of "Nicotine Withdrawal" or should I be worried about somthing else?

Your body will go through certain changes after you quit so you can expect some symptoms asscoaited with it. 30-40 smokes a day is a lot of nicotine to dump into your body in a ~12-15 hour period and it's going to take some time for your body to adjust to the change.
You shouldn't be concerned with the minor symptoms, but certainly check with your doctor if you're overly concerned with something. Try not to micromanage your heartrate and such. It changes so dynamically that you're just setting yourself up for anxiety if you do.
You've just one of the best things for yourself by quitting so early and may have just saved your own life,. Stick with it and best of luck!!

I was smoking 1-2 packs and downing tons of caffeine, and I would feel my heart skittering around, since quitting, I haven't had that, still down the caffeine btw. Interesting.
