Ontop of my sore ear..... My throat always aches. Its been over a year this has been going on. ANd as wierd as this sounds. When i raise my voice, yell, talk alot, or laugh...its almost like i can feel something being released in my throat and severly irritating it. Then alittle while later i get hooorible brain fog and feel extremely sick. Last year i kept going to my local dr. and 75% of the time he said my throat wasn't red at all....but it felt so rawr. Then one time he decided he'd just test me for strep anyways. It was posititive. He said this is the wierdest case of strep he's scene. However its never gone away. He put me on 2 rounds of antibiotics, and they helped. However its like i never was able to get over it. WHat im wondering is ...is it posisble to have some wierd bacteria infection. Again i've been to 15 drs. This is so bad i've been out of school for almost a year. I can hardly do anything. Please help.

Did you go to an ear, nose and throat doctor yet? Or have you just gone to a regular doctor? An ENT can probably diagnose you a lot better.

I have no idea what's wrong with you, but none of us here are doctors, so anything anyone here might tell you would be a guess, at best.

yep i did go to an ent. And he sent me to an infectious disease, and so on. Know one can find out whats wrong. And my problems are just getting worse. And i know yal aren't drs. but i was hoping maybe someone could relate to what i have and tell me what they did for it. Thanks

i have the same thing. its been almost a year. and i cant figure out whats wrong with me. im so nervous about this. im driving myself crazy. i have a small earache also. but i heard that any infection involving your throat is related to the earache you are having. they are connected so its not unusual. i thought i had allergies, but i dont think those severe symptoms would last up to a year.

yes. im really tired a lot too but im not sure if thats because i worry so much. because i know that worrying as much as i do can wear you out. im going to the doctor today. im so scared about what there gonna say but i'll let you know. did you look in the back of your throat? is there any bumps or anything? i tend to think the worse when it comes to my health-im a hypercondriac. but they say every hypercondriac is his own prophet. once and if i find out that theres nothing wrong with me, im changing my life completely around, not taking it for granted. i heard your life flashes before you when your about to die. but thinking your gonna die for a year, you have a lot to think about...and thats all you think about. i've been going CRAZY. it def is good to hear that im not the only one. ill talk to you soon. keep your head up.

i just came back from the doctor. they're not telling me any thing useful. i dont know what im gonna do. my throat hurts. and theres red bumps on the back and front of my tounge. im so scared
