Has anyone heard of this remedy?? Had an old man come in to the liquor store I work at the other day who swears by this. Bowl of raisins, poor gin so it just covers the raisins, let the gin evaporate for a week, than eat a tablespoon or 9 raisins a day I beleive. Tons of info about it on the net.

my mother told me to do the same thing, I haven't tried it yet but I have talked to several people who swear by it. I believe it's golden raisins that you are supposed to use and that the gin does not have to evaporate, I was also told about a lower dosage of 1-3 raisins a day. if you try it I would be intrested to hear how it works for you.
