I get vere severe eye ALLERGY, which the shots doesn't seem to improve
I'm using now Livostin(antihistaminic eye drop) and it helps abit... the problem is that I feel it's making my eye dry.
Is it possible that it makes my eye dry?
Do you know about any antihistaminic eye drops that contains lubricating substance for tears? Please i'm really very frustrated.. I thought the shots would help me deal with it but it seems that my eyes don't wanna heal .
what is your solution for your eye allergy? i also take aerius and i think it may dry my eyes too ;\

There are a lot of allergy meds that aggrevate dry eye. I ended up having to treat the dry eye in addition to treating the allergies. I would recommend seeing an Opthomologist to determine your best course of action. In the meantime, you should try Refresh brand natural tears eye drops. They are the one's recommended by my eye doc. I have used them throughout the day for several years. They provide some temporary relief. If you are using your Livostin, you should wait at least 15 minutes before using the natural tears. I used Livostin for years and found it as good as any of the other allergy eye drops.
Also, make sure you are blinking frequently. Things like reading, watching TV and using the computer cause us to reduce the amount of blinking we do and aggrevates the dry eye even more.

Thanks for your advice, I just get really MAD from this eye allergy and it derpesses . I always feel pain around my upper eyelid and like stuff are stuck in my eyes.
it's absouletly driving me crazy I can`t believe there's no better solution for this.
