Oh ladies -- I'm so disappointed. I went in this morning for monitoring and got some bad news from my nurse this afternoon. They are stopping my cycle because I am not responding well to this protocol! Ugh! I am so frustrated. I so wanted this cycle to be over, but not like this. Anyhow, I'll be at least 3 more weeks before we can start on a new protocol. Please keep me in your thoughts ...

I'm so sorry to hear the news. You are definitely in my thoughts. Although I know it isn't what you wanted, try to relax and enjoy your little vacation from TTC. You deserve a break. Maybe the little relaxation will be just what you need for success on your next cycle :p

cubed that is such sad news :( i am so upset for you, i really was excited to have u right behind me!!! ahhhh its just not fair sometimes, but i guess its better to stop now bc ur not responding then to keep adding meds, get u hyperstimmed, and have an unsuccessful cycle!!! :(

cubed - I'm so sorry to hear about your cycle being stopped. That must be incredibly frustrating! You definitely will be in my thoughts in the coming months and I will be keeping all fingers crossed for a successful cycle next time around.

It is so disappointing to be stopped in the middle of your cycle!:confused:

I was on my first ivf and they thought I was showing signs of hyperstimulation so they told me they were stopping this cycle, I cried my eyes out and i still had to go and have my ER!!! It is very frustrating as no matter how you try to plan for hiccups in the cycle, in the back of your mind you think it will all go plain sailing. we must look at it as what it is "a hiccup" they haven't told us No More cycles. So we carry on hoping.

Cubed are you serious! Thats stinks...I am sorry to hear that I know first how how that must have felt. A few times I thought that this cycle wasn't going to go through for me. But lucky they pulled you out if there was not chance for a better outcome cause I would think that they would want more than 2 eggs. Maybe you can ask if they can do an IUI just for grins so you don't waste the 2 that you did create. Who knows just a thought. :wave: Welp the good news is you will be able to start again. I know the outcome will be what we all need in the end. Keep on our board you are already part of our life line on 3rd IVF. 3 weeks is nothing I still have about that before they even do my ER. Relax and have a good night and at least have peace that they caught it this early. Remember your words of wisdom to me that you have to keep trying your future child is depending on you!:D

sorry to hear this. But give yourself a brake and start back up again. Never lose HOPE. Next time around it will work out. I am keeping you in my prayers. God always works in the most mysterious ways.
