My doctor order the elisa food allergy test and I have a few triggers; however, they are all delayed reactions occuring anywhere from 2 hrs - 2 days, so I would have had some difficulty figuring this out on my own. Whey and eggs are the biggies. On the chart it said i have High IGA reactions. Wheat flour, milk and seseame were also listed as low reactions on the scale.
Oh yea and I also have moderate reactions to coffee. Does this mean caffeine?
It will be somewhat challenging to avoid all of these but I hope doing so will relieve me of some of my misery.
I would also like to know if anyone has been successful reintroducing a trigger food after avoiding it for some time.
