My doctor order the elisa food allergy test and I have a few triggers; however, they are all delayed reactions occuring anywhere from 2 hrs - 2 days, so I would have had some difficulty figuring this out on my own. Whey and eggs are the biggies. On the chart it said i have High IGA reactions. Wheat flour, milk and seseame were also listed as low reactions on the scale.

Oh yea and I also have moderate reactions to coffee. Does this mean caffeine?

It will be somewhat challenging to avoid all of these but I hope doing so will relieve me of some of my misery.

I would also like to know if anyone has been successful reintroducing a trigger food after avoiding it for some time.

My daughter had all of these food allergies also. Wheat is a different food allergy. It goes away quickly. We have removed it from her diet for only a few months and then were able to reintroduce it again successfully. The sesame antibodies also cleared quickly, as did her oats. Milk and eggs, however, did not clear. Good Luck.

So if you have a food allergy, if avoided, it can clear in a few months?
