Hi,

Does anyone here know if it is bad to take MSM along with having kidney stones. I try to keep my calcium intake low, but I am going through perimenopause and I need something so I don't get osteoporosis early in life as my mother has.

So I am just wondering if taking MSM now will help in my bone growth and just wondering if it is better to take than the calcium supplements.
