heyo.... so, i got off my medicine about a week or so ago, and am experimenting with some alternative methods... I am currently wearing an amethyst necklace that hangs around my lung area- I've read that this is good for mental and physical balance. Anyone know, or is interested in crystals and the like? or, if not, be honest and tell me how hokey you think it is...
