okay, so school's almost over, and i'm barely hanging on...well at least for this week... my brain has completely shut down and things take a very long to register mentally... i was doing so well last weekend, playing the classical guitar, writing, doing hw( or at least seriously thinking about doing it,) and then i seemed to see it coming....the fatique, the slow ensuing depression..why does this happen!!!

does anyone seem to witness their depression/or mania materlize right before their eyes?...

i need to get back on my meds... for sure...

Hi. I can relate to feeling a manic/depressive phase coming on. I think it is materializing in a short time, like a few weeks now. I think it has something to do with stress from worrying about making changes, or going through a big change. Hope the phase you are going through isn't serious. My phase would be serious if it wasn't for my lithium and ativan. Hope you feel better soon.
