hi there!
i had a questions if anyone could answer. lately i have been SOOOO damn tried. I have been sleeping the second i get off work and i wake up so darn tired too and sometimes after i eat my BP rises. yesterday after lunch it went to 147/82 and my pulse was 107. i wasnt not stressed. i usualy have a BP of high 90's/high 70's.
i know im not very active and i live in a city that i know no one but the people i work with so i tend to sit and read a lot---but could the lack of activity be causing this?
i also notice that my arms and feet have been cramping--arms mostly. can this also be a cause of my spike of pulse and BP?

well, could be a number of things. i would definately go to the dr for a checkup, white all this down so you don't forget to tell him/her something. i would get tested to see if you have mono, also be tested for lyme disease or other tick bourne diseases. have your ebv levels checked as well.

something is going on to make you so tired and with the cramping in legs, i would see a dr for some tests. good luck and please give an update on what turns out.
