My wife and I just moved back to Tampa where we are from. I start a new job on Monday, and have started flying lessons. I'm not stressed out at all about the new job or the flying. I'm almost positive I'm not depressed becuase the changes are for the better and I like them much better. The past few days I have just been feeling incredibly tired, like I can't get enough sleep. I have never felt like this before, as I am a very active person and always like to keep busy. My left shoulder/under armpit has been hurting for the past few days as well. I'm just trying to figure out why I am so tired. My wife and I don't have health insurance till Friday because of the move, so going to the doctor is out until we get insurance. My wife thinks its low iron, but who knows. I would just like advice on what to do.
Thanks for any help,
TWIG

Hi TWIG. It could be many things such as low iron or a thyroid disorder. You say it hurts under your arm. Do you think your lymph gland is swollen? You really do need to see a doctor for an evaluation.

Is this something I could wait about a week for? Or should I get it checked out? I'm just concerned about money and what I will be charged. I have been taking Tylenol for the pain under the arm, it helps about 50%. Thanks for any more help or info on this.
