Well i have left jaw/ear pain. Mainly ear feels like theres pressure and it pops all the time, esp when i swallow. Sore throat, pressure behind left eye. And severe head pressure. Sometimes i even experenice brain fog. Well to make a long story short. I"ve been to 15/16 drs. Can't find nehting wrong with me. Went to an ortho he says i have symptoms of tmj. He wanted to put me on a 1500 dollar splint. Insurance doens't cover this. My question is what can i do besides that? physical therapy? or a football mouthgaurd? what can i do?? please help :(

I go to Acupuncture once a week. It's really helped with my ear pain and fullness. It usually relieves the headaches too. Insurance may pay for Acup. In my case it doesn't, but I pay out of pocket and get reimbursed from flexible spending. Some people do with from PT or Chiropractic and some have tried moutguards from a sporting goods store. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I do, especially for the ear pain and clogging.

Most of the time, my headaches and pressure are relieved. Why don't you try it once and see how you feel about it?

See my post in Don't have surgery. I list some alternative therapies that have helped me in the past. :)
