I would like to try meditation. can any one recommed a good audio cd to get me started?

Hmmm....I don't know the actual names of the audio tapes. But if you do a search for Kriya Yoga Meditation or Hatha Yoga meditation, those are real good ones. Those systems were used by two indian yoga masters called Swami Rama and Paramahansa Yogananda. Both of them have schools, a series of books, and I'm sure video and audio tapes out there to help.

I like the CDs by Andrew Weil, MD, the holistic med doc. He's got one on Breathing & another on Meditation. I found them at my local public library.
